How They Killed George Floyd In 8 Minutes and 46 Seconds!

On May 25, Minneapolis cops captured George Floyd, a 46-year-old dark man, after a shop representative called 911, blaming him for purchasing cigarettes with a fake $20 note. Seventeen minutes after the principal crew vehicle showed up at the scene, Mr. Floyd was oblivious and stuck underneath three cops, giving no indications of life. 

By joining recordings from spectators and surveillance cameras, looking into authentic reports and counseling specialists, The New York Times remade in detail the minutes prompting Mr. Floyd's demise. Our video shows officials taking a progression of activities that damaged the strategies of the Minneapolis Police Department and turned deadly, leaving Mr. Floyd incapable to inhale, even as he and spectators got out for help. 

The day after Mr. Floyd's passing, the Police Department terminated every one of the four of the officials engaged with the scene, and on Friday the Hennepin County lawyer, Mike Freeman, declared homicide and murder accusations against Derek Chauvin, the official who can be seen most unmistakably in witness recordings sticking Mr. Floyd to the ground. Mr. Chauvin, who is white, kept his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds, as indicated by the criminal objection against him. Our video shows that Mr. Chauvin didn't expel his knee significantly after Mr. Floyd lost cognizance, and for an entire moment after paramedics showed up at the scene.
